Insurance and Payment

Accepted Plans

MultiCare participates in a wide variety of health insurance plans. Most of those plans are listed below. Since plan coverage is frequently updated and coverage for specific services varies within insurance plans, it is always best to check with your insurance company for current information about your plan and coverage before seeking any kind of medical care.

MultiCare is required to bill insurances we are contracted with. We are unable to allow patients to pay out of pocket when they have insurance coverage.

We will collect your copay or coinsurance at the time of your visit. For your convenience, you can also pay toward an existing balance if you would like.

Our staff is unable to provide information on what your specific plan may or may not cover.

For patients without health insurance, we offer a $250 flat-rate fee for most services provided in the clinic. (If your exam is more complex and requires additional services or testing, our provider will communicate this before proceeding).

This flat-rate fee is only available to those without insurance coverage and is offered at a discounted rate to make the cost of care more affordable.
